Unfortunately, schools have often found it difficult to introduce golf into their PE programs; expensive equipment, lack of space and safety issues are all concerns that have prevented students from experiencing the wonderful opportunity of golf.

Now, thanks to the amazing BirdieBall these concerns are a thing of the past.  Other limited flight balls travel a short distance but in doing so, they sacrifice any realism in feel or flight.  Not so with the BirdieBall.  Thanks to its unique design, the BirdieBall only flies about 40 metres but it still feels and flies just like a real golf ball.  The benefit is obvious - now you can receive accurate feedback on your golf swing, by feel and sight, all in a very small space.  This makes the BirdieBall ideal for junior and school programs where space is limited.  It also means that the students actually learn about the golf swing thanks to the meaningful feedback.

The StrikePad is an optional extra that compliments the BirdieBall.  It is a light-weight polymer pad from which you hit the BirdieBalls.  It does more than save your lawns and floors from damage, it has a camber built into it so that it deflects downwards at the point of impact to minimise any jarring to the arms and hands.  This deflection simulates the correct action of taking a divot in the golf swing.  Additionally, the StrikePad is printed with a visual guide to help the golfer swing the club on the correct path.
