We understand that you would like to get your BirdieBalls as quickly as possible so we are committed to dispatching all website orders within one business day of receipt. No orders are dispatched on public holidays and where an order is placed on a Friday it will be dispatched on the following Monday (excepting public holidays).
Retail website orders are delivered to domestic Australian addresses via the Australia Post network. If your order will not fit into your mail box, Australia Post will typically leave it in a safe place. If they cannot locate a suitable safe place, they will leave notification for you to collect the order from your local mail centre. If your order will not fit into your mail box, and you do not want Australia Post to leave the order if your house is unattended, then please request this in the notes section when placing your order.
Wholesale and school orders are delivered via Australia Post or courier depending on size and weight.
We do not offer customer pick-ups.
